Born in the Tree City USA of Takoma Park on the MD/DC line to an accomplished local photographer and an internationally seasoned vocalist/pianist still performing today, Aleksis Bilmanis was primed for success as a singer- songwriter, recording and performing artist from the womb.

This year marks the official release of the acoustic album "Sunny Days" thru Aleksis' own label Sveiks Records, a follow up to last year's release "World Around" recorded with his band. Adding yet another accolade to this extremely talented and resourceful independent recording artist.

Aleksis Bilmanis is always working hard at his career wether on the road performing, in the studio recording, or writing new matrial for upcoming albums, producing and/or directing music videos and an upcoming independent film. Also working behind the scenes writing music for commercial film as a digital composer as well as producing other up and coming indie artists in his studio and publishing them on his label while helping to manage their careers towards sucess like his; many of whom he has taught as long as a decade on Voice, Guitar, or Piano.
